Fitness – the word itself says – “the condition of being physically fit and healthy.” Fitness does not mean that one should participate in a marathon or perform push-ups 100 times. No. It gives different meaning to different people.


 

 

From childhood to adulthood, we all are aware of how much physical fitness is important for us. But do you think we all give proper focus on our health?

It’s important for everyone to make their health good and stay fit. During this time, there are lots of gyms, trainers, and many more sources. Though we don’t give proper attention to it, even after knowing about it. There are lots of platforms in this time which gives proper advisory to those who ask for it. Then, where are we lacking?


 


It seems difficult to workout daily and exercise. But if you do it for just one week you will get the energy and positivity of doing it every day. Regular exercise is one of the best things you can do for your health. It has many benefits including improving health and fitness and most imperatively reducing your risk for chronic diseases.

 

Putting regular exercise into your daily schedule may seem difficult to you at first. But you have to begin from somewhere. You can start for a short time and break your exercise time into chunks. Even doing it for 10 minutes in the beginning is well and good.


 

 

We always find an excuse to some things which we aren’t able to do. This is what, is lacking us behind. “Exercise” we always find it difficult. I found it too.

Yes, we need time for it. But if you would be willing to contribute your 10 minutes in 24 hours, it will lead to a great initiative in your life.

 

Exercise doesn’t only make us fit and healthy but it also makes our body active in every successive step. Exercises aren’t always painful or boring.

There are lots of questions here:

Why to start? : I think this has been already answered above. “Live an active, happy, healthy life rather than one full of diseases.”

When to start? : “The Beginning is always NOW.” If you won’t take a step today then it will come up to tomorrow & who is aware of tomorrow. Start when your inner self tells you to make a commitment that you want a better and healthy life.

How to start? : “Start from small then step up into big.”

 

This is the best benefit one could get out of this quarantine period. You are free; if you aren’t then you have to make it up for yourself. Start from 1 minute and this 1 minute will turn into 1 hour and going on. It’s just you have to take a step further and start processing.

 

“YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO START ENJOYING THE BENEFITS OF BEING PHYSICALLY ACTIVE.”

 

I have never believed on myself that someday I will work out too. Prior to this time, I wasn’t able to exercise even for just one minute. But now it’s been one month that I exercise daily 1 hour. That’s what I am proud of today.

 

One day you will too.
