Many of you might have heard the quotes written above . All of us know the meaning of these quotes but we all never try to implement these in our lives.

 

When our body , our mind , our emotions , our energies are in tune with each other and we feel wholesomeness within ourselves , that is when we feel healthy. Health is not just a physical aspect. What happens in the mind naturally happens in the body. What happens in the body in turn happens in the mind. So the way we are living , our attitude , our emotion , the basic mental state , the level of activity we are going through , how streamlined our minds are , all these are very much part of our health.


All of us think we are unhealthy only when we get depressed beyond a certain point or get sick , but we are unhealthy if we are not bubbling with joy or there is no sense of peace in life.

 

Health has to happen within ourselves. No doctor or medicine can ever give us health. So if health has to come from within , we definitely have to do some inner engineering.

 

The body is a sacred garment. The art of healing comes from nature , not from physician. Therefore the physician must start from the nature , with and open mind.

 

 SOME TIPS FOR HAVING A HEALTHY LIFE:

 

  • Eat a variety of fruits - Fruits have a load of vitamins and minerals. Satisfy your palate with these nutritious fruits : banana , papaya , kiwi , strawberries , blueberries , blackberries , watermelon , etc.


 

  • Drink more water - Water is needed to carry out body functions , remove waste and carry nutrients and oxygen around our body. Furthermore drinking water helps in losing weight.

 

  • Meditate - Meditation quietens your mind and calms your soul.

 

  • Get enough sleep - Lack of sleep causes premature aging. Also when we don’t rest well , we compensate by eating more. Usually , it’s junk food.


  • Exercise - Movement is life. Exercising daily brings tremendous benefits to our health , including an increase in lifespan , lowering of risk of diseases , higher bone density and weight loss.



  • Improve your posture - Having a good posture improves your breathing and makes you look smarter and more attractive.

 

  • Cut down on sugary drinks - Examples of sugary drinks are soda and sweet drinks. These drinks are unhealthy and cause weight gain. Go for plain water , green tea or vegetable juices instead.

 

  • Go organic - Organic food is produced without synthetic inputs .

  •    Hang out with healthy people - You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with , so the more time you spend around healthy people , the better it is. Dine with people who are health conscious and get working buddies.

 

  •   Live a life of purpose - Blue Zones are regions of the world where people live the longest and healthiest lives. There are nine shared characteristics of these regions and one important characteristic is to have a purpose. Live a life of your purpose and you will be very happy.

 

  •   Purge negative people from your life / Purge negativity from yourself - Positive mental health is part of a healthy life. You don’t need toxic people in your life. / You don’t need negativity from yourself either. One great way to remove your negativity is to brain dump when you feel frustrated. Write down your deepest thoughts and then address them.
  •   Love yourself - Self-love is a crucial part of living a healthy life.When you have a negative self-image , it naturally weighs down on youe mental outlook and health.

 

 The above tips our very important to have a healthy life and to keep the body health is a duty……otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear. Without health , life is nothing ; It is only a stage of langour and suffering - an image of death. Cheerfulness is the best promoter of health and is as friendly to the mind as to the body.
